blurred screenshot

Hello all, when I do a screenshot of a web page to add to my slide in Storyline 360 the screenshot is blurred and it is the same problem if I use the screenshot tool from Storyline 360 or from an ex...

Thanks for the additional information.

With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file and one of the image files that you've added so we can investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
