I am sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the audio file, I understand how frustrating that can be. I want to help unpack this audio issue and create a better experience with Storyline.
I noticed that you stated that the audio is expanding the timeline from 60 seconds to 23,00 seconds, and it's not converting to Storyline.
I am linking one option to change it to 16 bit Khz, I hope that helps the audio.
