Assessment Completion Issue on Android Mobile Device

I have an assessment with 25 questions. The assessment is marked as "completed" on the desktop using our in-house LMS, but it shows as "incomplete" on the mobile device (Redmi Note9 Pro Max - Android 10 - Chrome 128) even after passing the assessment.

  • I am having the same issue. 450+ iPhone users or computer users worked through the course without any issues, however we have tested 3 android phones (accounts) today and they all show "in progress" even though they all completed the course the same way as 450 other people. 

    Why is this happening?

    It looks like your course works properly when accessed using a desktop computer. As a troubleshooting step, please test your course by doing the following to isolate if the behavior you're experiencing is LMS-related:

    1. Upload your course to SCORM Cloud
    2. Test using both iOS and Android devices that are up-to-date

    If you can replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case for testing. We'll delete it when we're done!
