Ask for help for Storyline 360
Hi, I met some difficulties when i use STORYLINE 360
When i open the project in the Storyline360, and try to open the slide(attached as Attachment 1)
and after that, a grey rectangle will show in the top left corner(attached as Attachment 2).
I tried to delete Articulate 360 and Reinstall it, but it did not work.
Any help will be appreciated, thanks a lot

Thanks for sharing the screenshots, Chrissie; that behavior does look strange! If you're already working on your local drive, try running these steps to fix possible installation issues.
