Articulate Storyline is too slow and it keeps sending error messages
Storyline is taking too long to insert images, videos, making the screen "frozen" and not clickable.
It also keeps reporting a message of error when opening Player/Preview or simply click Play on the Timeline view.... I cannot work.
This error is happening to everyone in our team of Training developers/Instructional designers.
I believe it has gotten worse after the latest update.
Can you please solve this issue?

That must be frustrating. I have not noticed any latency with the update. Are you all accessing Storyline directly on your C drive or an extended or shared drive?

Thank you for the quick reply! Yes, we are all accessing directly on C drive. We have just been reporting the error issues..
Just wondering if anyone else has been having the same issues as our team.
