Articulate Sound Woes

I feel like I have been chasing my tail for my presentation to publish to sound. 

The basics of what I cannot get to function:

  1. I cannot upload powerpoints into Articulate storyline
  2. When I go to publish my powerpoints through the articulate activity in Powerpoint the sound is not there for publication. 

Troubleshooting: 

  1. I have deleted any copies of the trainings and then re-saved the files so the PPTX and PPTA files can re-connect.
  2. Submitted a ticket to articulate, they didn't have the sound issues and noted that the sound did possibly need to be timed out due to overlap. I was then able to adjust that issue, but that did not resolve my sound issue once it went to publishing the training. 
  3. Worked with my internal IT to verify that my technical specifications are set at the correct requirements. We could not find any reasons why the content would not upload into Articulate.

I am stuck and just keep circling back over and over repeating the actions over and over hoping to get lucky and have my content load and publish with the sound. I am not an IT professional and all this work is new to me..

    Attach your PP file here, and see if someone can import it. Even better if you attach SL and PP, you may get it back with the sound uploaded.

    Do you want to use Storyline or Presenter as the developing tool? They are different tools. If you built up your course in PPT and sync audios in PPT too, you are using Articulate presenter not Storyline. Or do you want to import PPT to SL and sync audios in SL?
