Arabic Support in Storyline 360
Our team is attempting to publish a course in Arabic and it is not working in iPhone. iPad and Android seem fine, but there is text overlap for iPhone.
We have text direction enabled correctly.
Have tried multiple fonts.
Nothing seems to be working.
Thoughts? Have reached out to Articulate but no resolution to date...desperate for resolution - client is waiting.
Hello Brenda!
I'm so sorry this is affecting your project! I can understand how frustrating it must be to have Arabic letters display incorrectly on an iPhone but work in other environments. We've logged this as a bug and are continuing to prioritize bugs and features for upcoming releases. This bug isn't on our immediate roadmap, but if it is added, I'll make sure to update you in this discussion.

Thank you for your response Lauren -is there a workaround for this? Our client is considering moving away from Articulate product due to this constraint which we have not been able to identify a resolution...is there a way that we can resolve this for Arabic?
Hi Brenda,
The only workaround was shared from another customer with a similar issue:
Installing Adobe Arabic font and applying it to the Player properties

Where I can find Adobe Arabic font and how to apply it to the Player Properties?
Hi Sharon,
I'm not sure if Adobe Arabic is a paid font, but you can find it on Adobe's official website here. Once you have the font installed on your computer, you can follow the article here to apply it to your Storyline 360 project:
