I appreciate you popping in to share what you are experiencing with your Storyline file.
Be sure you're working on your local hard drive (typically your C: drive) when creating, editing, and publishing Storyline courses. Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, such as file corruption or an inability to save changes.
If you'd like our team to take a look, please share your project file privately with our support engineers to investigate what's happening with your permission. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.

Hi, the same scenario is happening to my course. Even if I have the file saved in my local drive, I am having trouble deleting the alt text. Is there a solution to this?
