Add collaborators
Hi,
we have a problem with a client whom we want to add among the collaborators of a course on Articulate rise, of which I am an owner.
The client, first created a free trial account to try out the platform, later purchased a premium freelance subscription.
At first we were able to add him as a collaborator as an editor or manager, now he won't let us and reports the following error: This user does not have a team account.
How could we solve this problem?
To be assigned as an editor or manager to a Rise course, the person needs to have a Team license to Articulate 360 (Get the Subscription That's a Complete Enterprise E-Learning Solution - Articulate 360 Teams).
