Adaptive video not working
I have a project that contains a lot of videos. But when I try to use the adaptive publish quality, the publish gives an error report as soon as the first video is generated the compression.

I am having exactly the same issue. I have only 2 short videos in my course, but the slides with the videos won't even load once published to our LMS. Works fine once I uncheck the Adaptive video Quality Option. Unfortunate, as I though this was going to be a great option for our learner's with slower internet connections.

Really sorry you are both running into this issue! I have sent you both an email with a link to upload your Storyline files to us privately. Getting a hold of the .STORY file will allow us to check under the hood and will be super useful for engineering. If you don't see the email in your inboxes please check your spam or junk mail folders.
