Accessing another users content in Rise 360
We have an author who is on PTO and had some trouble exporting and uploading into our LMS. Is there a way that we can do this for her?
If you have an Articulate Team license, she could add someone else as a collaborator, which would give them the ability to work on that course. Here's more info: Collaborative Authoring in Rise 360 - E-Learning Heroes (articulate.com)
- Note: This allows multiple people to work on the same version of the course.
The other option is for her to send a copy of the course to someone. She'd do this from her Rise dashboard:
