Is it possible to have RISE publish/export to word instead of PDF like we are able to do with Storyline? Now that we are using the AI assistant to generate courses, we are using a backwards design approach where we generate a starting course (using legislation, policies etc) and we need to then export this initial course to a storyboard for our SMEs to review and modify. Using a pdf as a storyboard just does not work (comments are useless and cumbersome, especially with larger courses with multiple lessons). PDF does not convert to word properly when you have already created interactive blocks in RISE to export back to a storyboard (we have tried that). If this can be done in storyline, then why can this not be done with RISE (so we can have a storyboard for our SMEs?) Also, we use exported files for course updating (not just creating), and I need to export the course to word to create a storyboard for SMEs to review and make changes needed to update material. I see that this was requested 7 years ago, can we please priortize this feature request, especially for your users who are using your new AI assistant now to create courses and will also need to export back to a storyboard? Hello, I am working on a branched scenario in storyline. Each branch has it's own list of questions. They can pick any branch they want in whatever order. I set the true false so that it would go to the end slide once all the branches had been gone through, but it's not working. I attached a version that's been modified to a shorter version, but could someone please take a look at one I'm doing wrong? It's the true false variables I'm focusing on. Please, please please help! We have discovered that our learners cannot watch videos in our e-learning courses when they are using the Safari web browser. Our courses are created in Storyline 360, exported as SCORM 1.2 and hosted on our LMS. Learners using Safari can open and navigate through the course. When they reach a slide that contains an mp4 file, they see a black rectangle instead of the video and the timestamp reads 00:00/00:00. They are unable to play the video. Users accessing the course on a Mac, but using Chrome are able to view the videos. Any advice much appreciated. Thanks.30Views0likes5CommentsScore only viewed question percent per question LMS results inconsistent and confusing
The assessment consists of 5 questions, and the scoring is based on the questions that are viewed. Initially, the score starts at 0%. If I answer the first question correctly and then close the course, the LMS score shows 100%. If I relaunch the course, resume, and access the second question without answering it, then close the course, the LMS score updates to 50%, and this continues with each subsequent question. If I go to the results slide and select "retake" or "reset results," then quit the course, the LMS will show 100% again. However, if I answer Question 1 correctly and close the course, the LMS will report a score of 20%, which is the expected result when answering one question correctly and closing the course. This scoring behavior causes confusion, as the LMS reports a 100% score when only one question is answered and the course is closed, which the user could consider as a "pass" despite not completing the full assessment. The percentage per question should be consistent and proportional to the total score. In this case, each correct answer should increment the score by 20%, rather than starting at 100% and deducting from there.23Views0likes0CommentsOpening Articulate Output files through a Parent output file?
we are working on a project where we were thinking of making different output files for a project and then linking them to a one single Parent output module. The parent file will act as a lobby for the user to active the different output files. We have tried linking them directly with a trigger but it was going to review 360 and opening the file there or giving an option to download the story.html file itself. we also cant compile all the files into one as the scale of the project is really big and in turn the output fill will be really big. I don't know if it's even doable.20Views0likes1CommentStoryline course completion issue with Cornerstone in Demand
Hello all, we've been publishing our online courses in SCORM 2004 3rd edition and we're having a few people having completion issues accessing them through Cornerstone OnDemand. For most of the cases we've seen, the users claim that they've completed the course already through the basis for completion (pre-assessment, final assessment) but for some reason, the LMS does not mark them complete. Upon checking their course, they are bookmarked to go back either to the start of the course or in the middle of taking the quiz. Most common case is when someone passes the pre-assessment, where they would've been marked complete already. We are looking at a couple of potential causes like LMS timeouts, internet connectivity issues or network bandwidth issues, but checking here if we have any similar cases that might help us understand this particular issue. Hi Articulate Community, I'm facing a critical issue with Storyline360 where some of the slides in my training program are freezing during playback. The videos and quizzes work perfectly, but simple slides that contain animations, layers, and navigation seem to get stuck. This prevents users from progressing through the course, and the training program becomes unusable at this point. This issue is urgent because the program is scheduled to go live in just two days. I need help identifying and resolving the cause of the freezing slides as soon as possible. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any troubleshooting tips to resolve this? Any advice or solutions would be highly appreciated!49Views0likes3CommentsLooking for a Solution Developer

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows what I could do to resolve this issue. I keep seeing all the items briefly flash at the beginning of every slide layer. I am not sure why this is. I've made sure these items do not have animations. I've made sure all transitions are "none." The slide properties that are currently checked are "hide other slide layers," "hide objects on base layer," and "prevent the user from clicking on other layer." The flashing is disruptive to the flow of the course because it makes it look like a slide header is reappearing over and over again when in fact, it is not. Could someone please give advice?
