Disable a audio layer in Storyline 360
I am looking for a way to disable an audio layer. I created text-to-speech for every slide in my 70 slide course. I am using this for CC and preview audio. I am now putting in voice over, but want to keep the text-to-speech layers. I do not want them to play and cannot find a way to disable them. Seems like a very easy task. thanks for the helpAccessibility 360 images
Hi! I have run into a problem with keyboard accessibility on the 360 images. Using NVDA screen reader. When the slide first loads, the hotspots and markers are able to be accessed by keyboard (good) but if I click on a hotspot or marker to show a layer, once the layer is closed, I can't tab to any of the hotspots or markers again. The arrow keys still work to move the image and I can access the button that is on top of the image. Is there something I'm missing? I have to put a footer at the bottom of all my slides in courseware that was already developed. I put the text in all the master slides, but now I have to go into each layer, in each slide, and make sure no graphics are covering the footer. Is there any way to set text on a master slide to ALWAYS be on top, even on top of layers? What I've been doing is cropping images to show the footer. If there is no way to make text always on top, is there a way to quickly crop an image by entering a number? or do you always have to use the GUI tool?Viewing total video length within player
Hi, I have modules with mp4 video's within them. Is there a way to only show the video run time with no other additional player controls? Based on our use case the videos are restricted on the first viewing; we cannot give learners the ability to fast forward through any of the content until it is watched through the first time. Based on searches I am afraid that this still isn't possible, but figured I would see if anyone has a work around. Thanks!Learning Journal in Rise | Works only when lesson completed
Hi folks, I've completed a quick learner guide in Rise that contains journal entry block in a few different lessons. The issue I'm having is that the text field only appears AFTER the user completes the lesson...requiring them to scroll back up in order to use the field. This is happening with the text field and the print/save ending button as well. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Cheers.Resumed state not working properly
Hi there, I'm stuck on my project in Articulate Storyline since the resumed state function is not working in a way I would expect it to work. I use "Resume saved state" on most of my slides. Unfortunately, when I revisit a slide, all of the objects have returned to their original state. Strangely though, the audio does resume its saved state. Additionaly, when I go forward before the audio is done and then backwards again, the objects dó resume their saved state. I'm confused, can anyone help me? Hi. A member of my team is experiencing an issue when he is completing a course in our LMS built in Storyline 360. Occasionally a slide or layer will either play no audio or incorrect audio when he first visits the content. However, if he clicks next and then previous then the audio will play correctly. It is not happening on every slide, and the issue doesn't happen consistently if he relaunches the course. Has anyone run into similar issues or know how to fix this? I've attached a video of what's happening as well.
