However, the rapid rise of AI-powered tools means a new addition to the authoring toolkit. AI Assistant’s image generation feature turns your ideas into gorgeous custom images through its robust text-to-image functionality. With two excellent options at your fingertips, which do you choose—stock photos or AI-generated images? Let’s explore the pros and cons of each to help you decide which to use for your next course. Stock Images You’re probably already familiar with Content Library 360, which gives you quick access to a wide variety of professional-grade stock images. I would like to access source document in multiple courses instead of having to open each course and adding the same docs to each course. I have 8 courses I am creating that I would like to all pull from the same source documents. Is there an easy way to upload to multiple courses, like upload documents to my whole profile or something that I can access when generating AI content for any course? I have the docs in different places on different computers and it would be helpful to upload some from one computer and some from another. I noticed that once I uploaded to one course it was not available in my other course. There's gotta be way...RISE ownership and archival
Greetings, I have a few inquiries for RISE: If a license owner leaves the company (or similar situation), who had all of their courses in their account, is there a way to get these back and/or to transfer ownership? Is there a way to archive a RISE course for later use, considering that there's isn't a way to download it for offline modification, for instance? Thanks in advance :)
