I have a few clients who previously held Articulate licenses, which are no longer in use. They are encountering an issue where Articulate requires them to sign in to leave comments in Review 360, despite the “Allow users without Articulate IDs to comment” setting being enabled for both projects. Since they no longer have licenses, they cannot sign in or leave comments. Has anyone else experienced this problem?25Views0likes1CommentStoryline360 Slide Freezing Issue
Hi Articulate Community, I'm facing a critical issue with Storyline360 where some of the slides in my training program are freezing during playback. The videos and quizzes work perfectly, but simple slides that contain animations, layers, and navigation seem to get stuck. This prevents users from progressing through the course, and the training program becomes unusable at this point. This issue is urgent because the program is scheduled to go live in just two days. I need help identifying and resolving the cause of the freezing slides as soon as possible. Has anyone experienced a similar issue or have any troubleshooting tips to resolve this? Any advice or solutions would be highly appreciated!49Views0likes3Comments- 10Views0likes1Comment
Embedding storyline slides to Rise without converting that into a video:
Hi everybody. I have embedded a storyline file to Rise 360 that has 2 slides, moving one after the other with a button interactivity. While previewing this, on a desktop view the file looks like slides passing one after the other as I click the button, just like how it works in storyline. But I am unable to view the same in Mobile view as the tool changes these slides or images into a video.(Adding screenshots here) Is there a way to NOT convert the interactive slides into video in MOBILE VIEW? Any leads is highly appreciated. Thank you!33Views0likes1CommentRadio frequency presets dials
In a radio frequency lesson, I have been asked to have each position start with a specific number. There are two dials: a larger dial to move between the digits and a smaller dial for changing the digit from 0 to 9. When I advance the larger dial to the next number, the location that the smaller dial is on sets the number for the new position. If the first digit is changed to six with the small dial, when the large dial turns to the second digit, it becomes a six since the smaller dial is on a six. How do I set up a two-dial scenario that resets the smaller dial to what is currently displayed in the text box?41Views0likes4CommentsStory view
Hello everyone, I just started using Storyline 360 this week. In Story View, I noticed that the slides are arranged horizontally rather than vertically (as shown in many tutorials). How can I change the layout to vertical? Also, in the Story View ruler, I only see 3 slides instead of all the slides. I'm not sure why this is happening (see photo below). Thank you very much.69Views0likes8CommentsStoryline Audio Options
Hi community. I am trying to figure out if there is a way to do the following using Storyline files: Add silence across multiple slides or scenes without having to add one at a time. Is there a way to do this in Storyline? Note, the slides or scenes are different lengths/timings This will probably be outside of Storyline- Is there a way to export storyline or audio files and then remove background noise? Thank you in advance!13Views0likes0Comments
