Why can't the Articulate Teams Account Owner change the Course Owner in Rise

Maybe I'm missing something, but why am I, as the Teams Account Owner, not go in and change who the account owner on a Rise account in the Course settings if I'm a Course Manager? Is there...
Echoing this question. I have a former employee who is the "owner" of many of our courses. I need this to transfer to the admin, or at least to give me the ability to transfer it myself.
