What is different in the setting for 2 courses on Rise
hi team may you help to advise what is different in the setting for 2 course on Rise 360
I set up 2 course, the first one "TEST8 (VN) Quy trình xử lý ticket chứa thông tin PII (xóa ticket hoặc redaction)_202311_13", it is SCORM 2004, when agent start the course & exit right away, Grablearn will be set as complete and the agents won't be back to the test.
The second, course "(VN) Quy trình xử lý ticket chứa thông tin PII (xóa ticket hoặc redaction)_202311_13", it is SCORM 1.2, when agent start the course & exit right away, they can re-open & continue the course to complete it on Grablearn.
So how to set up "TEST8 (VN) Quy trình xử lý ticket chứa thông tin PII (xóa ticket hoặc redaction)_202311_13", so that agent start the course & exit right away, they can re-open & continue the course to complete it on Grablearn. Thank you
Hello Dung! I just wanted to clarify that you published the same course to two different LMS standards and tested them in your LMS - Grablearn.
When a Rise 360 course is hosted in an LMS, learners can exit and resume with their progress intact. The course will automatically pick up at the beginning of the last lesson or quiz where they left off. You mentioned that on your tests, you open the course and exit it right away, is that correct? It is possible that the suspend_data was not properly sent to your LMS on one of your tests.
You can upload your published course at SCORM Cloud and compare the results with your LMS. If you still need help with this one, I would suggest opening a case here so that our support team can take a closer look.
