Visibility of courses and folders on a Team account

Hello,

My team has a team account. We seem to only be able to see courses from other people on the team if we are added as collaborators. Not what I expected, but I think that's the way it is designed.

Does anyone know if I have to do something else like that for folders? If I create a folder in the account, everyone should see it, right? Or do I have to take some special action to enable visibility (I can't find anything specifically about this in the help center).

    Hi Steve,

    Welcome to the Rise forums.

    Unfortunately, the only way to share content is to add one person at a time to a course as a collaborator.
