Video with transparent background in Storyline 360

Just wondering if anyone has had any luck getting a video clip with a transparent background into Storyline 360 and if so, what format did you use so that 360 maintains the transparency. ...

Where I work we are no longer going to be publishing using any Flash output. My question is then would it be possible for SL to recognize published video with an alpha Chanel from Adobe Premier or Aftereffects for a better compatibility and satisfaction standpoint.
