Looks like a dial

Looks like Phil is on top of things! He's correct, the interaction used for the clock is a dial interaction with the dial face replaced by clock hands. You can read more about this interaction here:

I'm happy to chime in with a few suggestions for the dial!

1. Drag the green and red sizing handles to the 12 position.
2. Set the Dial properties as shown below.

I attached the revised project file with these changes so you can preview it and see if the trigger linked to the dial is now working as expected.
