Updating Presenter '09 files to Presenter 360
I have several courses developed years ago in Presenter and Engage '09 and need to update the files to Presenter 360 (to avoid Flash issues). When I try to convert, the file just "hangs" for HOURS ...

So sorry you're hitting a snag during the course upgrade process. I'd love to help investigate!
First, it looks like the file attachment didn't make it to the forums. Could I have you click here to open our discussion and then use the Add Attachment button to share the Articulate Package in a new reply?
I'll try to upgrade it on my end and let you know what I find!
