Transfer Rise source files to someone without an Articulate licence
I will shortly be leaving my current company. When I leave there will be no one with an active Articulate subscription. I have authored multiple courses in Rise. Is there any way that I can save down the Rise source files, or transfer them to someone that doesn't have a licence, so that in the future, if a new licence is purchased, they can access the courses at that time (so they can edit them)?
I have read through some other threads and it doesn't look hopeful, but they were quite old, so I'm hoping something has changed!
Thanks

Hi Nicola,
The only way to maintain access to an editable version of a Rise course, is to always have an active Articulate 360 subscription.
You can export a Web version of the course. It will be a fully functional version of the course, however it is not editable.

Hi
I've just picked up this discussion and I am in the same position, as my file is coursework it needs to be assessed externally. I've published to web but what format should it open with?
In the 'olden' days with storyline, there was an option to published as an HTML file. Is this possible with Rise?
If you could advise that would be great.
Thanks.

Hi Dot,
A Web version of a Rise course needs to be published to a public facing web server.
