Training Plan - Large content
I need help! I am developing an e-learning course on a Training Management Plan all Managerial positions will use to properly train and provide documentation. The model is similar to the ADDIE model with 5 parts but each section has loads of information. I am not sure how to break it up since there just lots of content just in one section alone. I already have a slide introducing the 5 parts so not sure how to do it again for these larger portions.
Here are the 5 parts in case it helps generate ideas: Analysis and Assignment, Design and Development, Delivery, Evaluation and Improvement, and Documentation and Record Keeping.
There is a lot of movement toward Just in Time, and Just enough training models. I would at least consider five separate courses.
