Tracking % Completed using SCORM 2004, 4th edition
Hey All (new Articulate user here)
I'm trying to confirm whether a course built using Rise 360 and Storyline; and exported as a 2004, 4th edition SCORM file, will by default provide the LMS with a cmi.progress_measure value, which per the SCORM standard would indicate the percentage towards completion of a SCO package? Or must the course be created or set up in Articulate in some specific way, for this cmi.progress_measure value to be passed to the LMS?
Hello Beverley,
Thanks for reaching out!
This completion percentage data, which is calculated by the total number of lessons viewed, is not shared with the LMS. Instead, Rise 360 will only tell the LMS if the learner has met the completion requirement or not. The percentage value associated with a course in an LMS is typically a quiz score.
Let me know if you have more questions about Rise 360 LMS data!
