The "Print this slide" trigger prints a blank page
I have a Storyline Assessment with several question banks (each with their own results slide) that all roll up into a final results slide that aggregates all the scores into a final score. I have my overall results slide showing all the individual scores and the final score. This is all working well. I have a "Print this slide" button that has the Print this slide when the user clicks this button trigger set up, but it only produces a blank page with a header and footer -- the body of the page is blank. This was working not too long ago, but now isn't.
I can't upload the .story file as it contains proprietary content, but here are some images (lightly redacted 🙂).
Here's the final result slide next to the print preview. The blue one works properly to show the assessment results report. The orange button is the one in question.

Following your setup, I'm unable to replicate the issue with the same triggers.
However, I would suggest checking the triggers in the orange button states. There's a chance that something was unintentionally left behind while copying the button from the other result slide.
Hi Nedim. Thanks for your response. The orange "Print this slide" button was not copied in from anywhere. I created it on the last results slide and has no other triggers besides the two I showed in my original question.
