Text entry blank in Rise

This topic seems to be over 3 years old, and it looks like there is a big need, which I agree. Was this ever brought into production?
Hi Matthew! No new updates for this yet. This our current featured roadmap for Rise 360.
We're still tracking requests and gathering feedback on this requested feature. Thanks again for following up and letting us know that survey blocks would be a welcome addition to Rise!
