Team Subscription Renewal
Hello,
If the number of seats for a Team Subscription is reduced at renewal, how can I ensure that the correct seats are retained?

I'd just like to air a grievance and warning to anybody whose Teams Account renewal date is approaching.
Apparently, Articulate locks you into your current number of seats ONE MONTH PRIOR to renewing your licenses. I set a reminder to remove a couple of accounts prior to my next billing cycle and was not allowed to do so. Now I'm paying for seats I don't need. And customer service blew me off. Really disappointing. Even if it is part of their Terms Of Service, they need to make that ABUNDANTLY clear to customers.
