"System Busy" error when. publishing to HTML
A colleague is using Windows 10, Chrome. Exporting to HTML and keeps getting almost to the end of publishing and "system busy" error. Gets successful completion message.
This from my colleague: "now when I download it shows it in the bottom ribbon how much it has downloaded and how much I have left. When it reaches the end, it starts over for about 2-3 more rounds. Then is says 'Failed - System Busy.' "
Anyone experience this?
Hi there, Sally! If they're still stuck, I would have your colleague do some refreshing to see if that helps:
- refresh their browser, and possibly clear the cache
- try a different browser
- restart their machine
