Hi Rebecca,
We'd love to take a look - can you share your .story file and the exact details provided by your LMS team? If so, share those with our Support Team here and I'll follow along.

Hello,
I wanted to ask if there are any news about the discussion with the additional buttons at SCORM 2004 Contents. Are there more solutions than the adjustments in the manifest file?
Because the solution of Rebecca unfortunately does not work in the new SF Course Home, because SCORM 2004 Content can only be started in Content Packages here (SAP Note 2692689).
Hi Varena,
Those navigation buttons you're seeing come from SuccessFactors, so there isn't a way to turn them off from inside Articulate. I'd suggest you reach out to the SuccessFactors team and see if they have any other options or ideas.

I would like my course reviewed to see why it is not completing. I appreciate all feedback.
Hi Madysson! Thanks for allowing me to test your file.
I added one trigger to the Slide 1.2 Exit Course Layer: Exit course when the learner clicks Button 1. This will send the course completion to the LMS and close the course window.
Then I published the course using the same settings you used, and I tested the output in SCORM Cloud. The course completed correctly there.
Could you also test this SCORM Cloud link and let me know if the course completes on your side?

Hi everyone,
Just in case anyone needs the info!
I've been running around in circles trying to get my module to report to Success Factors correctly. I needed both the completed status and the quiz result data to show in the SCORM report. My missing link was to upload the content and THEN put it into a content package. Once I added the content package to the learning item--everything worked great!
Also, changing the settings in Success Factors to "record learning event when content passed" and "record learning event when content failed".
Hope this helps!

I saw some folks here reporting that they couldn't get the SCORM detail reports to work in SuccessFactors. In our experience, you must use the Content > Import Content process for SuccessFactors to report out the SCORM details. If you upload your course to a server and try to provide the link in the Content Object setup (as you can with SCORM 1.2), your course will play, but it won't collect the results at the detailed level.

I am trying @Laurel Brooks approach now. I'll let you know my results.

Laurel Brooks we had no success with SCORM 2004 V4 following the notion that you add content then associate the content to the item (as opposed to replace content or removing the content objects associated and adding that way through SF import process).

Are you trying to get the SCORM Detail Report to display results? Did you use the Content Import process or just upload the SCORM file to iContent (or your other server host)?

Just what we needed for uploaded to SF - We have set our LMS reporting as guided Passed / Incomplete.
We had some courses set as Completed/Incomplete and learners aren't able to complete their courses. So we're making them all consistent.
Also, they report they can not resume their courses.
Also, using a Course Complete trigger and an Exit course trigger on the last page.
However, we are using SCOM 1.2 not 2004 as pictured.
I've always used 1.2 as it has been around and LMSs seems to play nicely with. This article is a few years old so is 2004 4th a more stable way of logging complete courses?
Would 1,2 work just as well?
