Strange hovered bar shown while reviewing quiz

We are experiencing a strange phenomenon with Review-Quiz on our SL360. The phenomenon are as follows: If a student reviews only the wrong answered quiz, one of the other answer of answer...
One of member who created this Story file was using v3.85.
I have asked him to check if the same behavior occurs after applying the update.
