Storyline to YouTube

Hello everyone, I need some help please.

I am attempting to create a YouTube style course people at work can simply choose what they want to watch rather than being prompted/have to watch everything, however I'm stuck.

At the end of a YouTube video you get a box with the next video or suggestion for another one...I want to do the same but I just cant seem to get it.

I have used a scrolling panel to house the initial video triggers, then once clicked they go to a lightbox with that video in.

I wanted the next video/suggestion box to disappear should the user rewind the video (using the video controls) and appear again when its intended to pop up again. I have tried triggers (cue point and creating variables) but it just wont seem to work.

Can it be done as I officially have a headache now and would like some advice please.
