Storyline Reporting Completion to External Location (Excel, email)

Hi! I am fairly new to Articulate, but have used Lectora for many years. I am trying to find out how I can make a course submit form data to an external location. Currently I have a course that has a form that once it is completed, it generates a certificate of completion, and at the same time reports the form data to an Excel file on our servers. This is used for courses that are on our website for contract employees who do not have access to our LMS. I need a way to track completions for courses not in our LMS for compliance. Open to any and all suggestions! Thanks.
