Storyline files not sending/resuming progress in Wordpress/Learndash/Uncanny Owl Tin Canny Reporting

Hello all!  

Client is using Wordpress with Learndash plug-in for LMS and Uncanny Owl's Tin Canny Reporting for LRS.  Learners must use SSO to access courses.

Currently, I have uploaded Storyline xAPI file into Tin Canny content block.  Everything works fine except that it is not resuming progress for learners. 

When I inspect the page, the errors I'm receiving are:

"The value of 'auth' is not defined. This course will be unable to send learner data to the LRS."

From what I can tell, I need to provide authentication credentials when I export the course in Storyline, but I am unsure how to go about this.  

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
