Storyline Course Not Playing in LMS

My colleague and I both use Storyline, but his courses are not playing in our LMS (SumTotal).  It looks like it is going to launch, but it never actually does.  It just says to "wait while it loads....

Looks like you ran into a file specific issue. There's a chance that your colleague's Storyline 360 project ran into some form of data corruption when the slides were imported from the PowerPoint presentation. You can check out this article which explains some of the common causes of data corruption.
