Storyline block stuck on 'Processing Course'
Hi all,
I am trying to add a storyline block to a Rise course, and it's stuck on 'Processing Course'. The Storyline file is one slide with a web object pointing to an index.htm for a virtual tour created in 3Dvista. I can view the storyline file perfectly fine in Review360, however it fails whenever I try adding it into Rise.
Could anyone please help me out?

Something similar was happening to me as well. When I changed the video quality from Adaptive to Static when publishing I could then add my SL file to my Rise block.
