Storyline 360 is carrying over old marker information when markers are copied
I copied several markers from another course, and now when I expand the markers, it shows not only the pop-up information I just created, but, randomly, information from the original marker that I copied. The only solution is to delete the Visited state and remake it from scratch. Even when I copy the state from the corrected marker to a flawed one, the flawed marker does not get fixed.
I'm using the 64-bit version. See the attached video.
Hi Eric,
Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.
I did a quick test by creating a Storyline 360 project file with markers and then importing this slide to a new project file but I was unable to recreate the issue. I suspect the issue may have something to do with the states associated with your markers.
Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!

Thank you. I've opened case number 00791470.
Hello Eric,
Thanks for sharing your Storyline file in a support case. I see that my teammate, Georvy, helped resolve the issue by deleting the markers' visited state and recreating them from scratch.
If you have questions, feel free to send an email response in the support case. We're happy to help!
