Still Receiving "You are offline, trying to reconnect" Message.
Hello,
We were receiving the "You are offline..." message and I republished the training using an updated version " version="3.74.30180.0 (after the Nov '22 update Storyline 360: Using the Lost Connectivity Alert - E-Learning Heroes (articulate.com)
I've confirmed that the "Prevent learners from progressing when offline" setting is turned off in the player, yet we are still receving notice that learners are still getting this warning indicator and that the course still shows as loading.
Are there any other settings that need to be considered to avoid having this error and loading ?

It looks like you published your course using a version of Storyline 360 that's a few updates behind. Please try updating to the latest version and republishing your course with the 'Connectivity Alert' disabled to see if this fixes the behavior.
You'll also want to test how your course behaves in a different LMS just to see if the behavior you're experiencing is LMS specific. If the issue persists, please share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening. We'll delete it when we're done testing!
