Slide Pausing when Scrolling in Scrolling Panel
I have a scrolling panel on a slide with voiceover. Whenever I scroll through the scrolling panel, the timeline pauses. I do not have any triggers relating to pausing the timeline when clicking. Any idea how to fix it so it does not pause when scrolling?

Hi Rebecca. Is there any chance you could share this part of the Storyline build? Thanks

Hi Monika, here it is - click the first diamond, "Get Subscribers on Board" to see the layer with a scrolling panel. The rest are just text boxes.

Hi Rebecca,
Thanks for sharing.
I have recreated what you are trying to do. I am not sure if your audio files are on the base layer or the layer that pops up. The way I created it, works for me.
Hope that helps :)

Thank you so much! Using your example I was able to deconstruct the issue back to its source. I appreciate your time!!!

This is good, but in my case I use multiple layers (linked to a slider) each with a scrolling panel and audio voiceover. The problem is that I cannot use further layers. Is there any way the audio does not stop when touching the scrolling, but staying on the same layer? I have some slides with 4 layers and I need to preserve their use for the slider (and also cause I need the slider to work backward too).
Hi Andrea!
Thanks for reaching out!
Just to confirm, do you have audio on a layer that you need to play when viewing a different layer? If so, that type of functionality is currently not supported in Storyline 360.
If you're comfortable sharing the .story file you've been working with, perhaps other members of the community can offer alternative design suggestions!
