SL Content Library 360 crash every time

SL crash every time that click on any Content Library 360 icon and display error message "We're sorry, something went wrong with Articulate Storyline and it might close"

We are using Win7 64bit service pack 1 (Build 7601) and it was working fine until a few days that get last Microsoft updates.

    Would you please ask your network admin to open port 443 and add the domains in this article to your organization's allowlist for your Articulate 360 apps to work properly? 

    Microsoft ended support for Windows 7 on January 14, 2020, and we recommend using Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 for use with Storyline 360. You can see all of our system requirements here:
