Sharing QR code for a micro learning
Hi JohnBoyne,
Thanks for reaching out!
I tested this out on my end, and I can access the microlearning by QR code without logging into Articulate. I'm happy to help troubleshoot, and first, I'd like to confirm the steps you took to create the code. Here's what I did:
- Opened the microlearning in Rise 360 and selected Share
- Selected Preview and copied the share URL
- Pasted the URL in a new window (I used Chrome)
- Right-clicked and selected Create QR Code for this Page
Please let me know if you created the QR code the same way, or if not, what steps you took. I'll look out for your reply!

Thanks Kelly for your reply. I tried your QR method but got the same result of needing to log in. Initially I created my QR code by going to the vertical 3 dots in the upper right and then went to the Cast, save share but your method is simply a short cut to the same end. Either method requires the same sign in as noted in this pic. Using the QR code to distribute is critical so I hope we can sort it out. I am glad you could do it. I don't quite understand the scope and purpose of Reach 360- is that used mostly for tracking course usage? I believe my school does not subscribe to Reach or at least not in my role. thanks for any guidance. John

Hi JohnBoyne!
Glad to see Kelly has been helping you!
Reach 360 is a frictionless LMS used to distribute training content quickly and easily. Access to Reach 360 comes as part of your Articulate 360 Teams subscription. If you'd like to explore using Reach 360, this user guide can help get you started!
I also followed the steps Kelly shared, and was not prompted to sign in when accessing the sample QR code I generated. Do you mind sharing the Rise course preview link so we can test this further on our end? If you'd prefer to share that privately, please do so through a support case.
Thank you. Looking forward to hearing from you!
