Sharing a rise course with users

Hi, we've created a Rise course and we want to share it on an internal communication system.  What type of file would be the best to download? The system we use in house is very basic.  Can I create an MP4 link? Thanks so much

    Hi Lynn! It sounds like exporting the web-only output would be the way to go. When the files are uploaded, give learners a link to the index.html file so they can view the content.

    Hi Lynn

    What I have done with our corporate information courses is use the preview link from the Share menu (top right of screen)

    I then have the link embedded in our intranet page with relevant comms about the course

    I only use this link for courses not requiring tracking in our LMS

    The great thing is the course can be updated and the preview link does not change
