Have you taken a look at the resource Articulate Trust Center? It includes more detailed information on Articulate's security practices and where and how the information is stored.
You could also take a look at some of the companies who use Articulate listed on their website, and reach out to one of the European companies and see if they would be willing to share their experience with security at Articulate.
