I apologize for the issues you are encountering with the course not resuming for students after exiting the course.
Here are some reasons why your course could be failing to resume in your LMS.
I would also encourage you to test your course in SCORM Cloud, as it's an industry-standard testing engine for LMSs and completely free to use. Here is a step-by-step guide on how to do that.
If your course functions as expected in SCORM cloud, I would reach out to your LMS for their suggestions and additional information.
If the resume course does not work in SCORM Cloud, you can open a support case with us here so we can take a closer look at your settings and examine them further.
