Sample Courses and templates

Its pretty amazing to see the ever-growing collection of sample courses across many genres. 

How does Articulate build up these vast library of sample courses and templates?

I hope they have internal expert Instructional designers to write the courses or do you think they partner with content agencies?

If latter, I would probably want to discuss about an additional layer of confidentiality agreement with the customer?
