Running Storyline 360 on Windows XP
No, its not 2001... I work for a company with a segment of retail stores that are still running Windows OS XP.
We have a course (built in Storyline 360) that includes several MP4's and has several variables and triggers built in. The course has been tested and is working in both our non prod, and our production environment. However, the course suspends, or does not advance / complete at our retail stores.
We have tested it using every browser known to man. The only place where we have experienced this issue is in our retail locations that have these older computers.
Is there any one who may have experienced this and might potentially know of a workaround? I have a feeling about some of the answers I might get but I will remain optimistic, and patiently wait in the time capsule I crawled out of and wait for some kind of answer.
Genghis Kahn, Abe Lincoln, and Leonardo da Vinci say hi.

Hi Christopher,
Thanks for reaching out! As an FYI, Windows XP only supports up to Internet Explorer 8. Per our system requirements, users will need Internet Explorer 11 or the latest versions of other browsers to function properly:
This might explain some of the resume issues your learners are experiencing in the older operating systems. Hopefully you're able to find a workaround for getting the best experience!
