Rounded Rectangle
Hi,
I have five rounded rectangles on my screen. I want to adjust the curvature of the corners so that they are less rounded than the "default." Is there a way I can adjust this numerically so that they are all the same. Otherwise I have to drag that little yellow box on each, and I cannot be sure they are the same.
Any help is appreciated,
CHUCK

Make one that is perfect, and duplicate it. If you need it frequently, right-click it and set it as the default. Any new ones created will be like it.

Thanks. I had already created more than a dozen rectangles and the client
wanted the corners "less round". I was hoping there was a numeric fix for
this.

Hi, Sarah.
A few of the shapes available might work for you:
They will allow you to edit one corner or one side of the rectangle, so it's rounded.
I hope this helps!

In Storyline 360, if you draw a rounded shape, then, with the shape still selected, look at the top left corner, there is a tiny yellow square just to the right of the white corner handle. If you drag that yellow square to the right the corner radii increase and you get a much rounder shape. If you drag it to the left, the corners get less round and the shape sharper.
Thanks for sharing that tip, Shaun!

Is there a way that you can apply the little yellow square to only one end of the rectangle? I would like rounded on one end and square on the other.

I, too, have always wished there was a way to numerically and precisely control rounded rectangles, so that I can apply the same precise degree of rounding to multiple shapes after having created them and laid them out how I want them.
Hi James,
Having a way to numerically set the roundedness of rectangles sounds like a great to feature to have, and it looks like everyone in this thread agrees as well!
I’ll be happy to pass your thoughts on to our product team, but you can also feel free to detail them more through a feature request!
