Sorry to hear you're having trouble editing Rise 360 lessons!
I see that you've opened a support case as well. To clarify, does this behavior occur across all supported browsers, or is it local to one? Also, does clearing the browser's cache improve the issue?
If not, seeing a screenshot of the error message you are receiving would be helpful. Feel free to share that here in the discussion or privately through a support case.
