Rise unresponsive and/or slow to load?
Hi there,
Is anyone else experiencing slowness, unresponsiveness, and error messages in Rise right now? I've had pages time out twice and publishing to a PDF resulted in a single page PDF with no content (should have been over 50 pgs of course content).

Thank you for reaching out! I have just opened a Rise 360 course and published it for PDF without any issues. Is this occurring with multiple courses or just one course specifically?
I'm using Chrome if that helps too!

It was multiple courses and not just PDFs but also when trying to navigate between lessons while authoring. I was asked to sign in multiple times too. I think there was a glitch in the server. Seems to be okay at the moment.

I'm having some issues today with publishing a rise course to a pdf. I'm unable to publish to a .pdf (for the past hour and a half). It was working earlier today.
Hi there, Linda. I'm sorry about the hiccup! We had some slow processing time for PDFs, but everything should be caught up now.

Extremely slow - I had a case open for 3 months.
My network was tested, don't use SVG, too many blocks and so it goes
