Rise quiz feedback not showing
Hi
I have an issue whith Rise Quiz related to the questions feedback. I've setup Correct/Incorrect feedback in the quiz, but the feedback doesn't appears unless the quiz option "Reveal answers" is marked "on". However, I don' want to show the learners the correct option after the submission (unless the learner have marked the correct one...)
Am I doing something wrong? Thanks in advance
Hi folks! Now you can make quizzes more challenging. Show learners feedback without revealing correct answers! Find out how in this article. Enjoy!

I'm curious if you guys are planning to implement this feature? Seems like a number of features have high demand with no change.
Hi Jeremy. I'm sorry I don't have an update for you today! Here's what we've released so far, and what we're planning next.
Hey all! Thanks for following up on this request. Sorry, we're still currently tracking requests for this. I've added all your votes as well as feedback to the original request. If we have any updates for you on how feedback works, I'll update this thread!

How many feedbacks do you need if 3 years of constant feedback is not enough?

This issue is more than 3 years old. Is it something that
- Has low importance to Articulate
- Is impossible / very difficult in the coding
- Is a sign that Articulate is not developing its software.
It is frustrating, as quizzes can be used for much more than getting a quick check of people's short-term memory (which is about all you will achieve with a quiz in an e-learning) and be a bit better by allowing people to think and learn from an incorrect answer.
Two years ago I baked this issue it's first birthday cake, looks like I need to dig out the recipe book again...

Happy 4th Birthday!!
This question / issue had it's 4th birthday on 09 January...
Well, here's to 4 more years of workarounds!

Indeed.. the proactivity to hear some of elementary learning needs seems to be "incredible" :(
I really like Rise, but the roadmap and updates are usually not interesting and not so useful for learning designers...
Hi Francisco,
Are you referring to the check mark that will appear next to the correct answer, shown below?
I can see how having the option to remove the check mark would be helpful, so I'll pass that along to our Product team! Thanks for the idea!
Thanks for sharing your ideas and use case as well. Looks like we are tracking this request, so I will add this.
I thought it may be helpful to share how we manage feature requests.

Yes, the same issue here - really embarassing as I'm doing a quiz connected with how to learn (the quiz is an example of spaced repetition), and giving feedback on incorrect answers is great, as is getting people to 'Try again' - but not when the correct answer is staring them in the face!

is there a timeline on resolution for this? I am trying to figure out another option if not
- IanBlake1Community Member
The work around I am looking at is to create a feedback for incorrect answers, which also includes the feedback for the other incorrect answers (in case they would have chosen another incorrect answer on 'Try Again'). This will fill a lot of screen space... for example
"Unfortunately chocolate is not a healthy breakfast option, and neither is a condensed-milk sandwich
Porridge is good, if you don't cover it in syrup"
Hi Bruce and Ian,
It's a feature idea shared with our team, so although I don't have a timeframe to offer, I promise we'll let you know as soon as we have more info!
Also, I hesitate to ask what a "condensed milk sandwich" is... 🙃
