Rise Process Block.

Hello, I am using the rising process block and at the top it says Step 1, Step 2 and so on. I will customize this to say something else for different course that I use this block. I have attempted to change it in the settings but my issue is I want to customize it to say something different anytime I use it.

It is possible to do that? If yes, can someone show me how. Thank you!
